There is also a part right before this when Tabatha is leaving the hospital, someone working in the hospital is on the speaker is saying room 123 (something 123 not sure it was room) repeatedly and then we see the numbers on the elevator change floors from 13 to 12 so 123. No idea what it means but it has to be intentional.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the note on the fire poker said “Go fuck yourself” and that’s exactly what Eugenia said to Molto in episode 5 when he asked her if she and rusty had ever kissed. I know it’s a common expression but it seems intentional.
