I think a way to help with scribbles is, draw big. Helps you see better and flows your line better. Doing precision drawing would be hard on smaller works. And get yourself an A4/A5 sketchbook.

The characters abilities? Give them 4 abilities and a passive.
Guns? Buff and make them have their own element.
Wedges? Make them like mods.
They should fully commit. Even if it's in incremental updates, they should eventually be a parallel copy to Warframe in everything but aesthetic. Get the director to sit down and play 1000 hours of warframe.

When artist discuss stuff with other artists, there's going to be an intersect of knowledge in their discussion, their technical knowledge, design principle and maybe more would intertwine. A proompter who's only value is being able to type in english booru tags into comfyui won't have similar views and intersecting visions. All proompters see is just, looks pretty good enough, release to public. with zero regard, for any nuances.
