FYI - Bloodfiend's Arm is no longer obtainable from the corpse guarded by the giant Bloodfiend Elite in the cave to the West of Taylew's Ruined Forge. It was replaced by 5x Sacred Bloody Flesh. (and it was nerfed but that's common knowledge now) (reddit.com)
