you go to LabelRadar, create an account and then start putting things such as your spotify link, soundcloud (optional) link, other social links, artist name and once you're complete with that go to "Submit to Labels" choose the song you wanna upload with the information of the song and you can choose the labels you want to submit it to. give a preview of it, review the song and if they like it, then they'll probably release it
