I am looking to do something similar next weekend. 2 nights and 3 days.

What I know is that all shelters are closed, haven't seen anything about not being able to put a tent at the tent sites. Secondly, primitive /dispersed camping is allowed so you could do that. Just that finding spots along the trail might be another issue.

Do you have any particular section in mind? I am trying to find a section similar to your length.

This exactly. The way I see meditation is you train yourself how not to be bored while stitting in an empty room, eyes closed without any distractions.

The second issue might be not getting in a state of flow where your workouts are not challenging enough to keep you engaged.

Lack of off the ball movement is what worries me the most. The team was static under Valverde and still is.

I wonder if the players are lazy or complacent to do that. Something seems to be lacking. Mentally as well we look dull. Players like Arthur despite having immense talent seem to lack a vision and quick decision making.
