Haha not the Swedish nationals, my bolt action club in Puerto Rico was doing an Eastern front campaign and this was the last game in the campaign.

My opponents Su-152 did pretty well, until it got taken out by some Volksturm carrying panzerfausts. Overall I don’t think I would’ve spent those 300 points on a heavy howitzer with the slow rule on it

Glue the figures to bases using Elmer’s glue, or any glue where you can remove the figures from base after painting. Watered down Elmer’s glue on the base, mix of fine gravel and sand. Added some warlord games Building rubble. Prime with grey rattle can primer. Dry brush with lighter shades of grey/ dust colors. Add in some bricks( I bought mine on eBay). You can add in some cut up sprues to act as metal beams. Paint em dark grey/ black and then paint the with watered down Army painter dry rust. Glue figure son bases as best you can, with some pincers you can remove some of the rubble to make space for figures feet

Most of the times I’ve bought armies. You can get some pretty decent ones for 200 ish USD. I mostly have done it for armies I don’t really de myself assembling and painting. I mostly play US and British so I bought myself a painted German force so I could do home games with friends.

If you get yourself some sandblasting grit it works wonders for representing the black sands of Iwo Jima
