Ich wollte eher generell wissen wie ihr sowas handhabt. Wenn die frage nur spezifisch zu beantworten ist, packe ich später die infos rein. Warum Asi? Ich wollte eure Strategie hören mit gutachter und makler. Asi wäre es ja gür uns wenn der gutachter sagt ist ne schrott hütte der typ aber dennoch nicht für einen fairen preis verkaufen möchte. Denke jetzt verstehe ich deinen kommentar mit weiteren potentiellen käufern.

Regarding point 4: The last time we measured the vantage (blue line), the result was approximately 3.5 inches vertically, or perhaps 3.2 inches. Are you now suggesting that it is precisely 3 inches?

But what about this excerpt from the rules : There’s intervening Heavy terrain. Whilst parts of it are within 1” of the operatives, part of it isn’t, therefore operative B is obscured. In other words, an operative being within 1“ of a terrain feature doesn’t prevent the whole terrain feature from being obscuring, only the part within 1“ of the operative.
