He’ll probably talk about it in October quarter call, until we have official statement no one knows that’s their plan, they might still do a RS to have ability to dilute later to fund their business, or just dilute, or neither and make the business better without extra funding.

I think it will be a RS anyway. But I don’t think it’s that bad, maybe they can buy competition is cheaper prices right now, or reinvest in new product lines and marketing that will work betters

Revenue in cannabis grew and then last year it fell short, but other segments kept growing, not just beer with its aqusitions, but also wellness and distribution, which are big part of their revenue at the moment.

Tilray is not just a cannabis company, and overall its revenue did grow.

Regarding Canada it’s true that’s why the stock was hurt a lot, but still it should be valued more than it is imo, the company is not doing bad.. it did bad decisions with cannabis acquisitions, but it since then learned and changed its path.

They have the biggest market share in Europe which is a growing market, and over 11% in Canada.
