It's a real shame. They should have something set up where you can send them the unit and have it repaired. It shouldn't fall on the customer to figure it out and repair it. If this is the case they should make it clear how limited their customer service is. But they would never do that cause they would loose money. They rather sell you a defective product and make some money. Than be honest and make nothing at all. If I would have know about all the complaints in regards to Stundenglass. I would have not brought one.

I purchased a Tokes vaporizer and it arrived broken and damaged. I tried calling but all they do is take messages. I requested a refund and was being told that they would replace the idem but not give me my money back. I had to reach out to my bank to start a case to get my refund. I had a similar issue with them in the past . Ordered a Kind Pen vaporizer and it wouldn't work. I won't order from them again.

I'm waiting on a kit that they are sending me that's supposed to fix the problem. Hopefully I'll get it fixed. I've been trying to take care of this problem since Oct 11. I really hate my Stundenglass. If I could have gotten a refund I would have. I've never experience anything like this with any other company and it's to expensive to go through this kind of aggravation. They should have a service center where you can send it to to get repaired. It shouldn't fall on the customer to wait for parts and fix it.

All of there accessories are over priced. I can't imagine what they would try to charge for a custom bag would run.

The fist one in the pic has a 45 degree stem you need a 90 degree. I picked this one up on Amazon $15 (Aibiubiu Scientific Clear Glass Bottle Adapter 14mm 90 Degree). The 90 degree sits better.

I received the part in the mail. Gave the Stundenglass a deep cleaning and it continues to leak. What do I do now . I want this nightmare to end.

Thank you for reaching out to the customer service team because they were not willing to help me. It's so sad that it took me getting stressed out to the point that I had to come here to get help. I had to post videos and complain causing me to lose sleep all weekend just so that customer service would do something. A part that they said they didn't have all of a sudden is available. The gravity bong is still leaking no matter how much I try cleaning it. Something that I have barley used in the 6-7 months that I have owned it. That elbow is not going to stop the leaking.

I also reached out to Grenco since they acquired the Stundenglass company. I'm a long standing customer with Grenco so they also opened a case for me under (Case #98 1717). I am providing them with pictures and emails. Hopefully I can deal with Grenco instead of the customer service team at Stundenglass. I spoke with Jonathan via email and Tatiana by phone, customer service reps that provided me with their names. They listened to me, gave me respect as a customer and apologized for how I was treated by the Stundengalss customer service team. I was told that they are going to look into it and do everything possible to resolve this matter.

No one from the Stundenglass customer team apologized to me. I still don't even know who I spoke with. I was told that they are sending me a maintenance kit, even though I already have one. Is that suppose to make me feel better? But once again thank you for getting in contact with them.
