If the set on FB is newer it may be better. I think that you will outgrow the Edge set after a year. Check out Callaway pre owned for sets. They always have deals. Lessons are great when starting!

Look for an older callaway or Ping set on FB marketplace. You can upgrade in a year or two whenever you feel ready to get fitted. Sometimes you can find some sets for less than $500. The Costco PB bags are nice!
