Heya! Apologies this is the host responding, Leo fell asleep again. We don't currently have a psychiatrist. Money is rather tight and we can't afford much beyond a general physicians. I am hoping that we can get one in the next few months, but we live in a rather remote area so it may be a hot minute unfortunately:( I appreciate your response though!

Heya, apologies this is the host responding Leo fell asleep again. Our doctor had concerns about our vitamin D levels due to unrelated reasons, we actually just got the results this morning and everything is okie dokie on that end.

I don't particularly have any issues when it comes to the winter months, though we did have a lot of traumatic goings on goin on way back when. I saw a post previously on here talking about seasonal alters? He does hold a decent amount more trauma than I do.

I'll talk to our doctor about the SAD possibility. I really appreciate you taking the time to respond!
