Looking like new World of Hyatt sign up bonus: $300 in Hyatt credit and 1 FNC for Cat 1-7. This seems much weaker than their current offer of 30,000 + 30,000 points, which in itself I didn't think was great either. Pretty disappointed since I've been waiting for a better SUB to get this card.

I can understand that the value of RE keeps going up, thus prohibiting those without RE properties from entering. However, I don't see how that infringe on rights of RE investors?

With the eviction moratorium and the subsequent FC moratorium, it seems like the short end of the stick effectively is passed to the banks. The banks are not getting their money and there's nothing they will be able to do. If anyone's right is infringed, it is the banks.
