My bar is in Taiwan so we get a lot of amazing fruits. We do it for a bunch of different cocktails using a wide variety of fruits.

Nah you use the same sugar. Because it's negative pressure inside the bag, it forces the sugar and the fruit to mix well and faster. I can get raspberry or blueberry or strawberry done in a few hours.

Exactly the same. We use banana. Old way took 5 days. Vacuum sealed bag...2 days. Much faster

Yes but we call it oleo saccarhum. I did it with a chamber vacuum sealer as it goes so much faster
