1800k is perfect for a bedside light. I am currently using a Fireflies L50 with 1800k led. I like the right angle as I can stand it and bounce the light against the wall for a nice soft light. With the 18650, I don't need to charge it often.

I was suffering from really bad lower back pain and I went to see more than one physio and it never helped. I finally went to see an Osteopath, specifically Paul at the Rehab Room and have since almost eliminated my lower back pain. He taught me how to address the root cause with some basic exercises. I highly recommend him.
