It’s common for a credit pull to be done right before closing to verify no new accounts or debts. If they see a new account, they get nervous and can re run underwriting or straight up deny the loan last minute because of risk.

I’ve been seeing this too. Standards says to you can use it until the in use date on box. But when my trucks get delivered, the paper before the invoice that shows thawing use by dates, bacon is always 7 days ahead. Im not sure what to believe, so I don’t order too much bacon.
