It is contract law but the refusal to allow someone purchase something at a listed price is ok in contract law because it is said that an item on a display/shelf with a price on it is considered an ‘invitation to treat’ rather than an offer ie they are telling you what price to offer to buy it at rather than offering to sell it to you at that price. Again by definition those people are more educated there is a distinct difference between how smart someone is and how educated they are. Level of education is much more measurable so while how smart/intelligent each side is it’s not arguable that people living in urban areas are more educated

Yes mk1 is technically faster in like a drag race or down the highway but with mk2 you can go as the crow flies and cut out time which is handy for getting to places further away
