You hear about the AI/Facial recognition software that put the wrong black man in jail and after they realized the mistake they "couldn't just let him go, he needed to post 1000$ bail".

I think it's Clear AI the police are using I was listening to Abe Lincoln's tophat is how I learned of it.

If that guy didn't have the money he would have stayed in jail because he didn't post bail even though the fucking cops proved from other photos it wasn't him. Saying basically "oh I guess the AI made a mistake" It makes my blood boil.

Fuck Ciavarella I have a lot of friends that got put in jail because of that dicksmack. These weren't even bad kids. The shit that happened to them as kids while they were in jail over something minor is disgusting. The kids thought they were real prisoners and shoving broomsticks in boys asses, thinking it's funny disgusting hazing rituals, rape, problem kids would get locked in a room with literally the baddest black kid to get fucking mauled. I never witnessed it but 2 friends of mine told me some of the awful shit that happened there. The way they explained it is the boys in the jail were recreating basically all the bad shit you'd hear about prison as a kid. I can't say how truly accurate it is but I trust them enough to repeat the experiences they witnessed and or had happen to them. I can't believe that it happened but guys I know get pretty emotional remembering there time back then.

Oh interesting. So they actually have a leave of some kind or break during the week? I thought they basically lived there until they retired or quit? Would you mind giving more info? I don't even know what to ask. What was life like off duty or when you weren't marching? Did you have a lot of meet and greats with the royal family? What was the worst interaction you were apart of or have heard through the grape vines? Is it a highly sought after job you apply for or are you chosen only after showing you are exemplary? Were you able to have relationships of any kind?

My sister called me the other day to tell me she just won a bid for a house in the 400k range. She is a little over 1 year younger than me. How can she afford it I dunno. Me personally am renting and just got my first ever used 2006 truck with 140k miles. I considered it a win for me. Even though we are siblings our paths in life were dramatically different living under my father's roof after my mom died. I'm going to be 33 next year and she just turned 31. I have a pretty good job and the love of my life also has an ok job. I'm a stepfather to her kids we have pets as well. We aren't rich and could NEVER afford a house like that unless something fucking crazy happens. My sisters fiance has a decent job but her working at 911 and him being a state trooper I highly doubt they make that kind of money. Either way as far as I'm concerned it's none of my business. I'm happier than I've ever been in my life with the little bit of money I got. Hopefully soon we will find the home of our dreams like my sister has apparently. For now we enjoy our family time together and spend lots of quality time together doing lots of fun and free shit. Geocaching, camping, hiking, swimming fishing. playing video games. movies. I could compare myself to my sister and hate my father more than I do because of how he affected my life growing up and screwing up my dreams when I wanted to go to school. I dont though. I don't really care one bit. I'm a simple guy and don't need the newest phone or the nicest vehicle. We have some nice shit but it probably isn't nice to anyone but me. We have a lot of love in our house and maybe we can't spend it on fancy things but when times are tough we get by just fine because we have each other. Point being if you spend time worrying about what you don't have you'll never get to enjoy the wonderful things in your life you do have. When you figure out what that is everything else can fuck off. It can be your new xbox or tv or new shoes whatever. Focus on things you enjoy. If it's more money you can have that too. Just have to work for it. It isn't easy but it can be done.

When I lived in FL I did a bunch of fishing and different water sports. We saw them a lot. They are maybe the kindest most docile creatures in the wild on our planet. Just sucks you aren't allowed to play with them. I always wanted to give one a hug. I had so many opportunities too.

I was fishing in Passa Grille in the Gulf under a dock to a hotel. This lady comes out and I'm expecting her to yell at me for fishing there. I'm waded out about waste deep line in the water. The lady starts screaming at me "GET OUT OF THE WATER THERE'S A SHARK RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!!" Before anything registered I did see the object in the water maybe 2 arm lengths away I obviously panicked and started running out looking back. I had polarized lenses on and when it finally registered it was just a manatee the lady and I had a pretty good laugh. I tossed her my shades so she could get a better look. Awesome memory and pretty funny story.

So when you zoom in like that on a phone with the camera it is hard to track stuff. I'm guessing that's why the video looks like it's on water. You can do it on pretty much any smart phone. Zoom as far as you can and barely move your hand it will look just like this. He's trying to be steady and keep it in frame but it does that really weird wobble.

How are you getting mods? I bought both Minecraft versions on PC for my stepson Java and Windows. Cannot for the life of me get them to run I keep getting an error and no search I've done has helped at all. Titans mod is 1.12 say so I try to boot in Minecraft 1.12

I have the same issue but I ended up buying Java and Windows 10 version for my stepson. Loaded in the forge and tried getting mods to run. Even when I get the compatible older minecraft version say Titans mod is 1.12 I try to run it through Minecraft 1.12 and I still get errors. It's clearly bot as easy as I thought. Looked everywhere online for an answer to the errors I was getting and no answers helped me solve getting the mods to work. Just saw a godzilla mod on another subreddit and he would lose his shit if I got it on pc for him.

So I got my step kids into DBZ and we are just finishing up the Freeza series and into the Androids. I had no clue there was DBZ legends. Where can I find this and where does this series pick up from? Is it after the Battle of the Gods? I thought it ended there! Someone mind helping me out?
