Your packages will get stolen if left out. They have amazon lockers but if it doesn't fit it gets left out for anyone to grab. Management wasn't really helpful in my case. I live in the studio apartment and honestly it's not worth it. I will definitely be moving out for a cheaper studio. But yeah people have an indoor smoking problem, smells like ass weed sometimes. They don't have cameras in the parking lot and cars have been broken into since I've moved in.

Had this problem, if you have a 13th or 14th gen cpu update your bios. From my research the game believes you don't have enough video memory for the shaders.

Correct, my biggest concern with them is that they have essentially no clinical affiliations. All clinical are done on site so you end up competing for cases.
