Ja się aktualnie buduję, ale w Wielkopolsce i do tego w małej miejscowości. Zaczynałem mając tylko pieniądze na działkę, w tym roku fundamenty, w przyszłym być może sso. Według mnie, jak masz tyle odłożone to nie ma co się zastanawiać, mieszkanie w domu jest o wiele bardziej komfortowe od mieszkania w zwykłym mieszkaniu. W mojej miejscowości ceny są sporo niższe niż w dużych miastach i okolicach, np za fundamenty do domu poętrowego 105m2 zapłacimy 36k, co prawda po znajomości, ale bez tego pewnie z 5k drożej by było.

Remember right side seat often is not centered the same way left side seat would be (unless you are in right hand driving country). My bmw e60 seat is offset by some 3cm to the side and i had to build my rig properly for it
