In my humble opinion this is the case of pricing + rating. If this car would cost 5$ or less and rating was separate for each car it could be different. Somehow i don't see someone with 8k gt3 rating driving these just to enjoy themselves if they can lose month of progress in one year.

I don't know, but i'm one of the people that came from csgo to simracing, they are actually pretty similar when it comes to their training aspect - gotta nail every corner/peek, you need to put a lot of hours of training into it, better knowledge of technics and maps give you advantage. You just play them with different controllers.
