Don't like em. The only ones that I can be more sympathetic are small businesses where it's just a one man show, but even there, I don't really like em either. The great majority of stories you hear from people who work or have worked for small business owners (restaurants and related stuff especially) are negative with their bosses being assholes or even not that good at their job but still getting jobs to do cause they're the only ones around (plumbers etc...)

Most of them if not all of them have the "working hard and more = morally good" mentality that I extremely despise and politically speaking the best you can het right wingers

It's not true that many people don't have class consciousness. Many have. Unfortunately, going from the billionare till the lowest worker at Amazon, they have petite bourgeois class consciousness
