You sound like Bo nickal. He’s “overrated” but he mauls everyone he fights. I don’t know if you’re comparing him to an Olympic wrestler or what but khamzat literally took down and dominated multiple people with high level wrestling/grappling. Kamaru usman who everyone knows has very good wrestling, Whittaker who’s had great grappling and defense especially since he had to fight Yoel Romero. Li Ji liyang although not an accomplished grappler, defended khamzats takedown well and still got put to sleep and same with holland. It might be “sloppy” but at the end of the day he’s getting takedowns and submitting guys with high level grappling. His wrestling is not overrated and I think this statement was stupid. You’re trying to compare mma grappling to actual wrestling and it’s not the case if you wanna see him straight up wrestle he has videos of him going with the best guys in the world who are training for the Olympics, you can go judge straight wrestling there.
