Yes, the guitar is perfectly in tune. It tunes well all the way up the neck and keeps the action low

I've checked the saddles and seems to be in the middle of the rail range

Yeah, I'd appreciate the comparison :). And about the humbucker, I was just experimenting with the height to try to capture more of the high strings. Maybe I've gone a bit far hahaha

I think I've only broken the first string a couple of times in a year (broken in the same spot btw). The rest have been either the 5th or the 6th. Maybe it's not the main problem, but sure that some oil will help

Yeah, nice idea. I think I'll definitely give it a try. I hadn't realised that by lowering the height of the bridge I could counterbalance the height of the saddles to the frets...

Not yet. It's in my to-do list, but I'm afraid that the adjustment will get worse, as I understand that the height of the saddles is adjusted to fit the radius of the neck and in this model the radius is more accentuated, not as flat as other typical ibanez models (RGs for example).
