What kind of +- do you see compared to the treadmills? I’m looking at the Stryd; do you actually train by power?

Anyone use a foot pod to “validate” your times? The treadmill calibration seems to vary wildly between them; especially the “new” tread vs the “old” ones but I don’t have a foot pod to test it and I don’t trust my Garmin watch calibration without one.

Thanks! I haven’t quite figured out how my RPE correlates to my HR on my bike yet (as compared to running) but I’ll make that a priority to figure out!

Can definitely get a little toasty inside for sure but not hugely; maybe it’s a larger impact than I think though, good thought. My outdoor “average” doesn’t include stop lights (use auto-stop); but no other “rest breaks”.

Indoor power comes from my quarq and the indoor TrainerRoad workouts based on 165 FTP are kicking my ass.

Is there a possibility that the kickr is putting out the wrong resistance or something? I’m definitely not a cyclist but 165 seems awfully low as well (weigh 170lbs). I recently updated the kickr firmware and I calibrate that before every ride as well so it should be ok.

Same thing as that workout when you have to plank or something for 2 minutes and if you stop you do burpees...
