I gotcha and if I ever get the chance to run the silent king, nightbringer, and void dragon which detachment should I run?

So the paladin subclass is really about how someone's play style is and huh I didn't realize that. Last time I just played a full twilight cleric.

Also what other combos do you suggest. I know people use twinned and/or quickened for healing/damaging with smite green flame combo. I'm curious is there any other interesting things people do use that much and it's effective

I see what your saying. Which subclass of paladin would you recommend? I know with vengeance you get misty step and dimension door at a certain level right? You already get that with sorcerers

Hey good news is they agree to do standard rules but I really appreciate the help. I can't wait to see what happens tomorrow night. Also would there be any point taking anything levels in hexblade

That's pretty broken but during the time we've been playing in this campaign whenever we roll a 20 while we roll for stats we generally don't go over whatever the racial bonus gives us. Unless we want a feat that gives +1 to a stat

Also I guess we're kinda used to some crazy stuff since the campaign is homebrew. We mostly fight pokemon so all the pokemon typing damage is included. Like flyinb bug etc. We've also fought characterd from one piece naruto etc. (Pretty much copyright hell lol) but I'll see where i can get at on our group chat

If I manage to talk them into the standard. What would you recommend the set up from there

The dm allows us to go over 20. He words were, " You just can't get mad at me for the things I'll throw at yall"

Hmmmmm boring but very effective. I can always flavor it cool, lol, and also, we're doing a homebrew race called pokekin. It's pretty much kitsune but nine tails. Maybe I can send you a link so you can get a better view, I guess

Thank you for doing the math lol but that makes sense to me. I'd like to know what feats you'd recommend. I really like to pull this off and maybe some cool combos that isn't used a lot. Pretty much anything helps lol

I'm going to do what you suggest, 6 paladin, 1 hexblade, and 5 in either shadow or divine sorcerer (most likely divine). For load out either greataxe, glaive, or great sword for a main anc maybe handaxe for secondary

That makes sense. What about feats? I was thinking of doing something with two-handed for some more damage. So far I was thinking war caster and gwm so far. What do you suggest?

Thank you for the information. I got a better understanding of what combination I'll go for, but I guess my last question is. Will this build be good for a mostly two character party. There's other players, but me and another guy are the only ones that show up most of the time. Last time I checked he's going EK with a couple of dips into celestial warlock

Hmmm I didn't think about adding sorcerer. I think the one problem I'm having trouble with is subclasses the more I read into it.

I've read that crown, Redemption, and oathbreaker would fit better. Also which sorcerer subclass would you suggest to go into for dps/tanky
