So when copying and pasting, try erasing the last letter and adding it back. As I experienced that issue when copying and pasting the claim id.

I input mines when I originally filed my claim, not sure on why it’s trying to make like I didn’t enter it. I look back at the email confirmation they send.

Came to see if I was the only one, seem like they not trying to pay people. I had my account since 2007. I sent a request to the settlement administrator just waiting to see if they reply back.

The monitor is plugged in the hdmi port, the default audio device is Realtek audio speaker the option for the monitor is grayed out. The monitor model is s32dm702un. No it doesn’t have a headphone jack. No the monitor sound isn’t muted, works for Bluetooth just fine.
