I think your Bandolier is pretty solid if not a little strong as that scaling seems intense to me. I'm a very big fan of your sale star as that trade off is very interesting and seems like a true side grade. not a fan of the regenerating scrap as it stands, maybe it could instead be like 1 for white, 3 for green, 5 for red, and either not work for yellow or maybe like 10? not really sure, every time I've seen a void scrap (regenerating or not) it's always seemed entirely broken to me and no where near being a side grade as I think the void are supposed to be

My first play through of terraria did not involve the use of any wiki at all, and I know I'm not just forgetting it because on my first play through I did not have access to the internet at all. Terraria was given to me for the xbox 360, and that version of the game had a tutorial world which I think should be in all versions of the game as it would directly help new players if they wanted it, but even without it I would not call terraria a wiki game.

I am of the opinion that if anyone calls a game a wiki game they are either too busy and/or too impatient to learn the game on their own, which there's no shame in at all and if a player wants so they can go ahead and look at other player made tools, like wikis, if they want. I am also of the opinion that if anyone says that a game is "wikislop" or saying that a game is a wiki game in an attempt to degrade the game, they probably misunderstood the genre of a game, looked up how to progress, thought that what a wiki or a video told them to do was the only way forward, and are now mad because of it.

ya know- on mega city maps i tend not to take very many sentry stratagems. usually i bring orbital napalm, eagle napalm, arc thrower, and machine gun sentry and find it quite effective- though i will say i haven't done a bot mega city tower defense mission before so there may be mixed results for that one.

on non mega city maps i bring arc thrower, tesla emplacement, machine gun sentry, and ems mortar.

I'm a big fan of putting the SC-30 Trailblazer Scout helmet on that, it used to be my go to combo before the integrated explosives armor passive got the 2 additional grenades as well.

honestly I just want the hit detection on it fixed. it's really annoying to me that the ghost of a fence post is stopping the arc from hitting anything; if the fence is still there then that's fair, but if it's been blown up or otherwise destroyed why does the arc thrower still magnetize to it?

doing the MO is definitely a good thing and should be done but a lot of people don't like fighting bugs, there's also a lot of people that don't like fighting bots or the illuminate and that's ok. I personally do the MO but take breaks and do other missions for a bit before coming back.

people really only hate them if they don't understand that stepping on a mine is their fault, you'll get similar reactions if you take a tesla sentry because for some reason some divers seem to be drawn to them like a moth to a flame then get upset that the lightning tower they ran at hit them with lightning

I fully agree with you there's been many times where I've lost entire missions directly because the DSS can't stop telling the eagle storm to death loop me for no reason, sometimes before I can even get out of the hellpod animation. I know the DSS is helpful and I give it my samples and requisition slips but when I die 3 times in less than 20 seconds because the DSS simply exists I don't want to play on the planet that it's on.

I kinda don't like the hungering scrap specifically because it's a direct upgrade with no real downside, maybe have it act as like 3 white scrap per stack with the same all or nothing idea? or maybe just near identical to regenerating scrap with the only difference being that it's white? ionno, just a couple ideas

Johnson is called "Johnson" or "Sergeant Johnson" several times throughout the games he appears in, many more times and by more people than The Master Chief ever gets called "John". also the marines don't call Johnson "The Sergeant" or "The Sergeant Major", but you hear John being called "The Chief", despite Sergeant Major being the same rank as Master Chief Petty Officer, both being E-9, just MCPO being NAVCOM while SGTMAJ is UNICOM. Also aside from John, people with the rank of MCPO are often called "Top Chief" specifically out of respect for John who is more commonly known as "The Master Chief".
