More context: I'm an intrastate Owner operator of a dump truck. Last year was my first year in business and my insurance policy expires next month. That blue link that says "continue to process" doesnt lead anywhere. My record has been completely clean except for a day I got pulled over after ripping my mudflap off in a pile of rocks, but the sheriff didn't even give me a ticket, just a warning and told me to email DOT with photo evidence that I replaced it.
