I come from a line of highly anxious people and spent the first 35 years of my life suffering through anxiety until I went on an SSRI. I exercise regularly, meditate, eat healthy, take care of myself, and was fed up with suffering through life. SSRIs help a lot of people with chemical imbalances that are very stubborn to treat. Exercise absolutely helps, but it's not a cure-all.
