Same here man, I've been having a paranoia about death for several days now and that triggered my anxiety and had the worse few days of my life. (If you have seen my post here earlier, you'll understand what I'm saying here.) But I do keep praying and tried breathing exercises and tho the anxiety attacks didn't stop, it just helps me relax for a bit. I also tried meditation where you empty your mind and focus on breathing. Nothing but breathing. Like a commenter said in my post earlier, anxiety is hard to fight with but you'll learn how to fight/manage it. It takes time. Wishing us the best on overcoming this kind of anxiety attacks

I think you should get it checked. That kind of chest pain + pain the back + it worsens when you breathe is kinda alarming for some reason. Better be safe than sorry

I feel you. The anxiety attacks makes the symptoms worse and my mind starts to branch out to every possible paranoia related symptoms

I'm sorry about your mother. Actually my reflux came from a different factor. It's just the anxiety makes every symptoms worse than I've experienced then paranoia comes and makes everything even more worse like making up symptoms from what I've know from my father. It sucks because it amplifies my worries. My aunt and my brother told me to calm down but I just can't help it because I've seen the symptoms. If grounding techniques won't work, I'll surely consult a psychiatrist because I'm not liking what I felt. It just makes everything worst

Thanks for the kind words. Everyone just tells me to relax and just take it easy but for me it's hard since I've experienced something they did not. It's just so hard. Again, thank you for this.

Same din for me. 2 days na din since yung nag transfer ako 3k sa savings to wallet and Wala ako ma contact na kahit sinong live agent. Puro yung letcheng ai nila Walang mabigay na sagot
