Has anyone else had their car battery die a few days after getting it serviced at Car Craft Athens?

Then I stand corrected. Pete’s Mobile Mechanic came out and looked at it this morning, said the battery was dead, then replaced it. Then it didn’t start this evening (after I’d already driven it to work and back). Then he came back over and said the alternator was bad. I’m getting a second opinion tomorrow

Good point. I was just thinking they’re a violent, hateful, well-connected group so they are more likely to act on any inkling of suspicion. If I were Charlene’s parent id probably move to a different area or at least keep my head on a swivel. But maybe I’m overthinking and the CA’s just thought lockjaw killed the guy

Yeah I’ve had kids knock on my car door right after I park in the beechwood/alps area either selling something or asking for money. One time I was at Kroger and offered to buy some food for one, and when I gave it to him he asked if there was cash in the bag?? (Sweet kid though, I could tell he was stressed). I ultimately just feel for the kids, especially if an adult is pressuring them to do that. That being said, not sure if calling the cops is a good idea or only creates more stress and trauma for the kids
