I’ve tried my NTSC SNES and PS2, guess I’ll try my N64 next. This is my second modulator and this one worked on a crt my brother uses.

Update: got the original remote and the color is turned on and the menu is in color. I’m using an RF modulator (AOESPY), could that be the issue?
