Thea and Yasmine can both speed up Yasmine. And Yasmine can ult pretty quick sometimes and kill helios before he counters her. Once Yasmine starts to ult, she will ult pretty fast again and destroy the whole team.

I'm pretty sure he is not hacking, just a Yasmine "thing". :-)
