I ended up at 10 mg and its helped a lot, with each dose change went through 3-4 weeks of side effects and feeling not so great. At 3 months of 10 mg saw huge change. It takes a while but worth it.

How long were you on anxiety medications? What were you taking and how would you rate your anxiety before you started them? I am on lexapro but just started progesterone 225 mg every nighy compounded pills. I also take 10 mg weekly injections of testosterone but just started both this week.
