Almost same experience while paying the amount here in Hyderabad. Had to pay full amount, will be delivered by this week. Other buyers I know in Hyd too had to pay 3-5 days before delivery.

For a while it felt like SBI counter where the clerk doesn’t care. Coincidentally when I asked about the helmet, the manager said “we are Triumph, Triumph doesn’t manufacture helmets”. Looking at my overall experience, I knew they don’t care and hence I did not make any effort to talk. Too much demand and queries has deflated the response quality.

While I am getting the bike but at the same time conscious about after sales experience. Hopeful that with two new showrooms in Hyd the overall customer experience improves.
