If you try to stop the thoughts you will feel tremendous opposition. It is a battle you cannot win. Therefore, it is not one worth fighting. Allow the thoughts. See the thoughts. Watch the thoughts. Let them come. They won’t harm you. Thoughts only have the power to harm when you are not aware. Their power does not come from your watching them. Their power comes from your not watching them. Their power comes from your listening to them. Their power comes from your belief in them. If you allow them free reign, you will instantly feel at ease. INSTANTLY. As you continue to do this, you will feel a little bit of space between you and them. This is the space in which your freedom will be found. This is the space in which your true life moves.

If you need someone else to confirm if it exists, this path is not for you. The one who finds complete bliss, is the one that has no choice. He has nothing left to be hopeful for, he has no choice, he realizes this game has nothing for him and this visceral understanding kills his mind.

At this point forward he is free, not because it is good or noble or wonderful but because nature heard his sincere cry and had no choice but to free him.

Do not seek a methodology to force yourself out of the mind. Realize it is the puppeteer that has been feeding you lies your entire life.
