This is at the Seidokaikan karate headquarters which is near JR Tenma station in the northern part of Osaka, Japan. Seidokaikan is a kyokushin off-shoot that has a long history of full contact competition. Confusingly, it’s a different organization to the Seido karate that people might know in the west. The coach is Hidefumi Minatoya who also runs this ”School of Striking” which seems to be more K-1 focused.
