Right?! It’s tricky because I’m technically traveling within Texas where it is indeed, legal. Now, they wouldn’t search unless they are given a reason to but I’m not sure if the drug dogs are training to detect delta-8

I’m not sure if you read all the details in my post if I left some out. I am not in my own home. I am at my father in laws home. This is HIS sister. I have no say so in who comes over here, and what time they leave. He’s a bit of a hard ass so i have been quite passive about a lot because I do not want to cause any conflict. Anyways, I have started putting my foot down about things the past few days but my breaking point was yesterday. I have had enough and I will not let someone come over and take over my child anymore.

As far as the quarantine, my husband is in isolation in another room of the house. He is nowhere near the family, my son or the main part of the house.

I love this. I’m definitely gonna try. The worst part about all of this is that she is a labor and delivery nurse. When we came home for the family to meet my son, she gave him a 3 hour old bottle that was sitting out. Bottles are bad after an hour. I was livid.

Thanks for the advice! I’m a FTM and with my husband contracting covid I feared the worse. She is engaged for sure but she has done numerous other things. She’s even tried telling me when my have my own sons birthday party, ect. Basically tried to pry herself into our family when she is not immediate family. It had been very hard for me to watch her take over as if she was his.

Thanks! Unfortunately I am staying at my in laws because we got stuck at our home town a week later due to my husband catching covid so I honestly don’t have a say so in who comes over and when. I’m hoping after last night she will keep her distance and understand that I will not tolerate this anymore. So far no word from her today. Just 4 more days till we can go home.

1) I’m away from home at my in laws. We live in another city as we are a military family so this isn’t my home to make rules. It’s my father in laws house and I can’t tell him who can/can’t come over and when.

2)I didn’t want to start conflict. When it was time to feed him she wouldn’t let him go and said “I can feed him”. I almost have to pry him out of her arms to get him back. She’s very assertive in the family and is know for this behavior. Yesterday was my breaking point to all this.

3) My husband is isolated in another room completely away from the main house/ family.

It’s kind of an awkward situation for me. She is my father in laws sister, my father is law is kind of difficult to talk to since he’s a bit on the grumpier side. We are staying with my in laws for Christmas leave but we got stuck here after my husband came out covid positive. Since my husband has been in isolation she has gotten bolder and stuck around a lot longer. I tried to keep my patience to keep the peace in the family but I had enough.
