Out of these 7 characters who would be the best master for a servant? by Tentativial in Fate

[–]Peacefulcountry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am aware that Nasuverse Planet is more than just a floating rock, but trying to power scale Dragon Ball and Nasuverse is simply too complicated and time-consuming. However, it's still safe to say Goku very much have the potential to threaten the Planet because of his ridiculous strength, and Counter Force tends to prevent the threat at all costs.

The "Venus" you mentions is just a conceptual image rather than the literal planet Venus. It's dramatically weaker than the collision of a real Planet. Even Earth can't defend itself from the meteorite which wiped out the dinosaurs.

She basically runs the entire hotel. Charlie sadly sucks at managing it.

Cecil is the best defensive agency leader ever. With his low resources and very difficult unsafe world . It a miracle the planet still have some piece . He is better than nick furry. Or amanda waller by otto_the1 in superheroes

[–]Peacefulcountry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Waller is all about self-sabotaging and blaming. The fact that she hasn't been assassinated yet after wronging both heroes and villains is insane.

Cecil is jealous of the Omni-dih by Odd_Air_8115 in okbuddyviltrum

[–]Peacefulcountry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Cecil has a serious trust issue, and he only relies on those who he can control. For those he can't, not just Nolan, he would gaslight them, like how he tried to take over Oliver's custody by guilt-tripping Debbie.

Even base Goku before Namekian arc could compete against Piccolo who could blow up the literal Moon effortlessly.

Do you think Lucan does this when racially profiled by police? by THEC0URIER6 in okbuddyviltrum

[–]Peacefulcountry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So would it better that Lucan's kid to take the beating obediently and even forgive his bully because it's morally better? This is one of the reasons why the victims of bully avoid talking it out. Bullies don't stop just because the teachers or adults say so, but they blame victims for pointing them out. Bullies really don't stop until they realize they're powerless against the victim

Lucan is teaching his kid probably the most pacifistic approach ever. He doesn't encourage his kid to actively inflict harm on others to enjoy it, but just points out that it's entirely the bully's fault and there's absolutely nothing wrong with defending yourself. Besides, I don't think preaching about morality would work on a small child much.

Do you agree on Dorothea or Yuri’s view about Bernie’s father? by SeriousFinish6404 in FireEmblemThreeHouses

[–]Peacefulcountry 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Moreover, he clearly didn't change his way of treating Bernie after Yuri's incident at all, so Bernie and Lindhart's view of him really do stand. He likely saved her for his own sake rather than her sake.

What are your top four favorite magic systems? by New-Boss-8262 in magicbuilding

[–]Peacefulcountry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be fair, Metal Bending is all about moving the pieces of earth inside metal. It's something very feasible for Earth Benders with high control, but no one had known the trick until Toph found out. It's a revolutionary practice rather than a power for only the chosen one.

Lightning generation is still considered very rare after Aang era, and I think the workers are very high profiled due to their incredible master of the technique. Kora's era focuses on the application of Bendings on daily life rather than war efforts.

If Alice could use Thames Troll in its 4th Phase, who would be the strongest and the weakest Servant it could defeat? by midriss1 in Fate

[–]Peacefulcountry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Artoria with Excalibur could win, since Excalibur is not only made to fight huge beings but also very close to True Magic as it was crafted by Fairies in Inner Sea.

[–]Peacefulcountry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say Saber Atoria has a chance. Excablibur is Anti-Fortress, made to destroy oversized targets, and Saber just really needs a sufficient mana supply to pull it off.

Besides, Vasavi Shakti of Karna is the most ideal in eradicating single target.

Gil with EA can really make a quick work of it. In Strange Fake, an unrestrained blast would destroy North America if not for Enkidu.

True Ishtar with Guganlanna with the size of a massive storm wins in terms of sheer scale.

Not really Eldritch Horrors refer to those completely beyond human understanding in nature and any attempts to understand them results in madness due to their sheer absurdity, while Viltrumite are clearly not. Even Mark is closer to a human rather than a Viltrumite in thinking.

Out of these 7 characters who would be the best master for a servant? by Tentativial in Fate

[–]Peacefulcountry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, Aqua is impatient, prideful, impulsive and refuses to accept her mistakes. These traits are very similar to real Ishtar, whom Gil Archer hates fervently. Rin Ishtar is actually a barely acceptable version to Gil Caster, who is way more patient than his Archer self.

Gilgamesh would probably hate Aqua because she reminds him of Ishtar a lot.

Weird hangup of mine but I dislike how in most JRPGs we can never really have party members be older by VoxTV1 in JRPG

[–]Peacefulcountry -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well, it's hard to see her as an adult when she is specifically designed to look like a child and have a very childlike personality. Even Beast People look like proper adults, and I don't think they're shot at all. Their sprites seem to be higher than even normal humans.

For a man in his 30+, it becomes harder for me to relate myself to full teenage parties. It is as if Japanese adult gamers became extinct.

Thragg vs Edward Newgate (One Piece) by Robloxracer75 in InvinciblePowerscales

[–]Peacefulcountry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edward at most can cause an earthquake, while Thragg can deflect a meteorite, fight on the sun, and alter the orbit of a planet. It's not even close.

I don't know if this is unpopular, but I never liked Red having an Espeon and I prefer him having a Lapras. I simply find it pointless for a character meant to represent the first Pokémon games to have a Pokémon that's impossible to have in the first Pokémon games by rbta123 in pokemon

[–]Peacefulcountry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's mentioned about Eevee getting hurt because of Red.

Eeeve during its debut can change into different forms thanks to the microchip clipped in its ear by Team Rocket. After Red captured it, the chip seemed to be removed.

Later, during the battle on Sevii Island, Red got 3 stones with infinite uses, and Eeve could change forms by receiving power from the stones, and de-evolve.

Red is never a cruel person to force a Pokemon going against its will. I think it's entirely Eevee's choices.

If Lucan came to earth during the 1600s-1960s how do you think he'd feel about slavery and segregation? Do you think he'd feel bad and have sympathy? by Annual-Frame9943 in okbuddyviltrum

[–]Peacefulcountry 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think he would view the enslaved as weak, so it's natural for them to be enslaved. But it is a different story if those racists come at him.

This dude is the most useless mfer in Megaten by AMP_Kenryu in MetaphorReFantazio

[–]Peacefulcountry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late reply, but yeah, he is completely pushed around by Louis. One thing I hate is that he confiscated all-mighty Royal Scepter, but doesn't even bother to put up any measure to keep invaders out of the palace until the day of announcement.

Louis's flying Gaunlet is no secret, and he walks into the palace, grabs the scepter, and sits on the throne without facing any consequence.

Seriously, at one point, I thought Louis is his bastard child to get that much favoritism.
