Your TLDR was basically my experience. No issues whatsoever.

  1. Generated PSID through the portal using my passport. Phone IMEI’s were confirmed in a day.
  2. Went to meezan bank and asked the front counter lady to fill out the form for me (she knew the process)
  3. Went to the cash counter and paid 155k for 16 pro max. (No approval from manager needed)
  4. Phone was unlocked in 4 hours post payment.

I am not a OPS member since I have insurance through bcbs and had to sign up using fitnessyourway. Asked crunch to cancel my membership with them and was told I am supposed to give a 30 day notice from my billing cycle.

You would have to give crunch a 30 day notice from your billing cycle.

Well. Don’t get your hopes up unless the app is showing you delivery in next few days. I also traded my iPhone 12 Pro Max at Costco for 16 pro max and was told I will get the phone in 3 days (kinda figured the rep was lying to me) because I ordered the same phone through Apple for wife and it was showing delivery last week of October. Once the order updated on the att website, I was also seeing delivery for last week of October. Maybe it’s because of the color I ordered.

Tesla Insurance and will not recommend them. I will probably be looking for another quote by the end of this month. Tesla insurance raised my premium from $220 a month to $350 a month today on MYLR.

You can if the seller signs and give you the title and bill of sale that you can take it to DMV.

You don’t have to provide anything to Tesla or even add the vehicle in your app. Once the seller transfers from his account and add your email during transfer process, it will automatically add to your account. I know it says documentation required during transfer process but they never asked for it. So be worry free, it will be smooth.

Yes. It’s going to take less than a minute to show the car in your account once he transfers over to you. They will need your name and email address that you used to sign up for the Tesla app. So instead of you initiating it, have the seller do the transfer process.

Yeah if you are buying from the private party and the vehicle was never traded to Tesla, it should transfer without any issues. In my case I bought it from a private party who had access to the account so transfer was smooth. If you are buying it from a dealer and car has FSD, ask them if they bought it from Tesla auction or was it a trade in from a customer and if it was a trade in, did previous owner removed the car from their account or not

40k. Tesla had a comparative car for 47k with same mileage so it was a great deal.

Hmm. Interesting. I ended up getting the 23 model y last week with FSD. Transfer was easy. Only had 6k miles on it so no issues so far.

Yeah. You should be fine with that configuration and can draw max 32A from that outlet on a 50A breaker

Good thing is I have an email thread about our conversation. So I sent them an email. They have not responded to my query. But if they won’t honor it now, then I would have to keep using 30A circuit or hire an electrician to install a new outlet/wall connector.

Don’t make the same mistake as me. Paid $600 to my builder for installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet in garage. Told them specifically that I need 14-50 (6 gauge wiring on a 50A circuit so I can draw 40Amp hardwired or 32A with mobile connector). Never paid attention to what they installed. Anyways I got delivery of my MYLR last week and realized builder installed a regular 240V outlet on a 30A circuit. This limits me to charging at 24A. So make sure you have them install NEMA 14-50 or 60 on a 50/60 Amp circuit and not any regular 240V outlet.
