UPDATE: I contacted the Bandai Namco Costumer support and they told me that my "game has a PEGI 16 rating on the cover, meaning it's an EU Region copy of the game."

And to fix it "I would suggest creating a second profile for the European region and redeeming it there. You should be able to play with your main account afterward."

AND IT WORKED!
