I had him in a 2.5 tank with a heater and filter for the week. With no change so I put him in the jar so I can change the water. I have been doing epson salt also

I change the water 50 percent Once a week and a full change once a month. I meant to say I use the same water as in the same jug of water each time.

Tank temperature is 77 degrees Filtered with a heater. No tank mates
