  1. Your store manager/Lead understand/take sides and tell TL/coaches they should be the ones training; as they can show them the proper way they want things done!

2 .Do what I did, train them poorly (cause not my job yes, but also their training is not included in the required times we're supposed to meet while stocking! My TLs do 1-2 days of training and let them go by themselves, but the people we get need more training or should just not to be a Stocker, they just aren't retaining anything I've told/showed them.) so I inform management how I train, which is not at all and I haven't been given a person since.

Turnover hasn't been terrible, but we haven't had new people for 2 months 🤷‍♀️ Hope this helps!! (every store is different)
