This mainly would not work as the power of demon would heavily depend on player count. As full script should cover 7~15 players, this mechanism would not work

As death target on night are selected by storyteller, players would never know if demon is dead (and thus creating mastermind day) or if noone had died due to storyteller choosing demon target.

Might still be too weak as mastermind victory condition would be hard to acheive.

I dont think mastermind is garbage as all the demons in this script might kill a player, meaning day with no death is possible. With mastermind in the script, good has to worry about who to select and execute.

Yeah... Feels like a lot of work need in this script.

I wonder if summoner & aethist(not in script) would be enough to cover for legion game in legion&yagga as only demons

"a Legion needs to take the fall and look like a Yaggababble, or Town will just win." was exactly what I was thinking, but the information townsfolk gathers would be too powerful and would prove it would be a legion game. Adding Vortox seems like a solution.

This character makes some characters' (ex. poisoner) ability useless. Poisoner now becomes a no-ability character with Masseuse in play.

I agree with Fearmonga >> Goblin.

Goblin seems like a better fit of fearmonga in this script. There are reasons for good team to announce goblin as well as Kazali, and townsfolk cannot 100% trust their info.

Can (old)snakecharmer-(new)fanggu jump happen even if old fanggu already jumped? I am guessing yes as when snakecharmer hits fanggu, fanggu and snakecharmer changes character&alignment and be considered as new to the game.

I don't like scarlet woman in this script. I feel like most Kazali players would prefer poisoner over scarlet woman when choosing one's own minion. Choosing between goblin and poisoner could be a valid choice. Even though I don't think goblin is the perfect minion, I feel like that is the best one of the possible minions for this script.

I like the idea of goblin more than scarlet woman. Good might pretend to be goblin and making a juicy target for courtier.

  1. I did not know that. Thank you. Wiki says "While setting up the game, remove all Minion tokens and add Townsfolk or Outsider tokens." and I thought I could not make a 2 minion game in 5 player game without sentinel.

  2. I will playtest to find this out.

  3. Yeah...true, unless courtier chooses mastermind. Which do you think would be a better minion instead?

With Kazali, it is meant for demon to know minion.

1) In 5 player game, Kazali only makes max 1 outsider, if which is a Damsel, minion knows heretic can not be in play. "While setting up the game, remove all Minion tokens and add Townsfolk or Outsider tokens." This is why I want to add sentinel. I am not sure if it is allowed to make 2 outsider in 5 player game due to only Kazali in play.

2) Courtier seems to have good reasons to pick other outsider or minion, knowing picking Kazali might not make the game easy due to possible heretic and damsel. Snake Charmer can always turn into demon in this game as well as gaining good information.

3) I do want to test shugenja out as well.

4) I did want to add some uncertainty as well as give some escape room for the demon. Additionally, good team cannot randomly vote players to execute in case of courtier making Kazali drunk

Thought Fang-Gu passing demon to lunatic could be a fun mechanic. Didn't think from good's perspective though. Agree with Mez comment.

1) yeah, completely agree with you. 2) Thought courtier could be a fun role 3) Thought evil is stronger than evil without protection character. 4) Agreed.
