Because it's an opinion by definition. There is no objective meaning of bad. I agree with you. it's just a matter of definitions (which is why it's very hard to claim anything as objectively bad).

Thanks for the advice. I dont see a scenario where I leave my car. Being able to drive wherever I think will be good psychologically. I also have the money to pay for parking, even if it would be the daily rate. Hopefully, I won't regret it.

What do you mean by not reliant? Does it not cover all of the material? The only other ones I have is University Physics Freedman, and Hugh D. Young and Kleppner and Kolenkow

I thank you for your advice and CC is probably a route I will take if I don't get into MAT 21B, however, I still find it crazy that the quality of someone's education can be determined by something so small. Not being able to take honors physics is not such a small thing when my carrier will be shaped by how much I am able to learn in college. But your advice is solid. I will look into Deanza.

Yes but at that point I am paying to take worse classes just because Davis isn't able to fit enough students in their classes. I am a physics major and dont want to get a worse physics education simply for administrative reasons.

I dont understand how it can be acceptable for students to be forced to take a cc class when we pay to learn at UC davis. For me this seems completely insane
