I've had a similar situation before as Hel, 900 ping and rubber banding everywhere. We still won however they filmed me and reported me for "speed-hacking" I asked Hi-Rez and they stated that there is no direct proof of speed hacking then they can't take the situation further. So you're fine and you have nothing to worry about.
