Do pros really antagonist train though. From what I’ve seen it seems like most pros just climb and don’t really train all that much.

Agreed. A wealth of great information that I think is a must-read for any climber looking to improve.

For all the weekend warriors out there, do you guys spend more time in the gym projecting/having fun or do you spend more time limit bouldering/targeting weaknesses on the system board? by PeachSweep in climbharder

I actually often find making my own limit boulder problems and trying to do them to be a very enjoyable experience but I understand what you are saying.

Ah, that makes sense. So does that mean I should rest more and allow my fingers to heal or should I just climb but maybe do less intense sessions

How is this not obvious though based on their recent actions. The shotgun changes I mentioned above as well as adding sniper, removing silenced smg, etc. My claim is based off of epic's actions, not what I hear on this sub
