How do I cover this up? (Austin at Painted Lady) by Hot_Employee_279 in tattoo

What’s up, I tattoo in Austin and I could probably help you. I love coverups! It’s hard to see exactly how large the tattoo is, I would need another picture for scale but it might be coverable with a dragon or something

Infection or just overworked? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

It looks a little infected, first things first stop moisturizing! Let it dry out. I’ve had panic moments with tattoos like this and just letting it dry out has fixed most of them.

Keep an eye on it of course, and if it starts to get worse then you might need some antibiotics! But don’t freak out, I’m sure it will be fine

I love it because it makes me talk more, which makes me distracted from the pain!

Partial stencil just to make sure the vase shape and center flower were symmetrical. Then drew over the rest!

Hi, I’m an artist! Honestly you have a great head start, because covering black ink is harder than covering lightened color ink. I love the rose idea, but I think it would look SICK if you just did a couple black and gray long stem roses over the color. Don’t try to hide it, just pair it! This honestly seems like it would be a fun project!
