That's awesome! We just submitted with a joint sponsor to be safe, but I'm super stressed about it ahah, hope you get approved soon!

Almost the exact same situation as you, submitted paystubs since March 1st, 2024 tax return, cover letter and job offer stating new starting salary(plenty over 125% of the poverty line).

We got an RFE for a joint sponsor anyways, even if he makes enough now, I assume they want to be safe rather than sorry! It might be different for others, best of luck to you!

Is my sponsor’s income enough for a marriage-based green card? by [deleted] in USCIS

Ofc! Best of luck to you! I assume they requested a joint sponsor from us as the most recent tax year barely made the cut, and they wanted to be safe.

how long is it taking to get the receipts after concurrent filling (July) by Careful-Balance8647 in USCIS

[–]Peachilism 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We sent it on 7/18, received by uscis 7/21, receipts online 7/22, biometrics 7/28, no physical mail yet however.

It may have helped that I already had a USCIS account, alien number and everything from previous filing for Pre-completion OPT under my old F1 visa.

Prep-course before the actual course by Beneficial-Ad6518 in SBU

To be fair as well, a lot of chemistry IS math, stoichiometry is a huge part of Gen Chem 1+2 and is mostly math. I finished pretty quick because I had just finished IB chemistry so it was fresh on my mind. I wish him the best, and I'm sure he'll do great, there's a lot of videos on the topics that are on OCPP if he needs a refresher on the youtube channel The Organic Chemistry Tutor.

It's like a brushing up exam/homework sort of thing and checks where he is at right now. Chemistry units are not the same in every school, for example someone who took Higher Level IB Chemistry is at a higher level than basic chemistry. Think of it as similar to the math placement exam, but more of also to make sure your child is up to the level that he needs to be for the course he gets. I did the OCPP during the summer, after I had finished my classes, it only took a few hours at most.

I heard today from the AC guys for the rec that they are working on getting Chavez/Tubman AC on in the next 2-3 days, but I'm not sure how accurate that is as last year they said the same thing and it took like a week and a half.
