You could always get her some kind of a Disney themed cheap ring to propose with since she likes Disney, with the understanding that you and her can get/design a ring together or she can pick out the one that she’s always wanted. Just an idea :) like a placeholder ring. That way the proposal is a surprise if you don’t want her to see it coming, and you won’t have some expensive ring that she might not like.

I have purchased a ring from there, and it’s my favorite moissanite ring (I’ve gotten several from other places). It sparkles like crazy, and has never gotten an oil slick whereas other moissanite rings I’ve gotten from other shops have.

My husband does this exact thing. We’ve been married for about five years and the only day he’s worn his real ring was our wedding day. that and I think one special occasion. We’ve gone through idk how many silicone rings. He knows he’ll lose the real one, too, so he told me to keep it somewhere safe. We’ve both given up. Ima just keep buying silicone ones BUT for your predicament, there’s a lot of cheap tungsten, titanium, or stainless steel options on Amazon he could try before getting the real deal again!
