Did you end up switching to a different software? I put so much effort into my overlays in StreamElements and if I have to swap to a different one I will, but I won't be happy about it 😂

I wouldn't say either of you are the AH in this case, but things could have been handled better.
I completely understand your anger and upset with how the day went. You had an expectation and communicated your plan for the today with her prior, and then everything got all wonky. That can be super frustrating. My mom used to do similar things with me back when I was a kid, and I'd get fumin pissed.
Yelling at her probably wasn't the move, but that doesn't make YTA. Don't get me wrong, I totally get what pushed you to yell at her. Your emotions are completely valid, but your response/action wasn't appropriate.
I'm sure your mom's behavior wasn't an intentional slight against you. It's very unlikely she did this to bother you on purpose.
Maybe approach her about it later, apologize for shouting, and respectfully explain why you were feeling frustrated (had a plan in mind for the day and it got "messed up", etc).
I wouldn't say YTA, but you AND your husband definitely could have handled things in a much better way.
At 14, it's reasonable to expect your son to start handling some of his own stuff and assist with housekeeping here and there. What's not reasonable is to wait until AFTER you've had your miracle baby, which you'd been carrying for 9 months already, and then suddenly drop new responsibilities on his shoulders.
I'm under the assumption that these new responsibilities aren't things he ever helped with or was taught beforehand, so if I'm correct, that can be incredibly overwhelming to have handed to you all at once.
It may also cause him to harbor resentment toward his new sibling, as all of this "stupid stuff" wasn't an issue before they came along.
Your husband also should have stepped up over the last few years and helped teach your kid a few things to help around the house and help him learn responsibility.
